I grew up in London, and am based in London again. In between I have spent a number of years living abroad. I completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology (3yrs, FT), in Seattle. My Masters program trained me in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Since then, I have worked with children, teens, families, and adults as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I currently work part-time for Mind, leaving the rest of my week for Private Practice.
I have the honour of working with clients with a wide range of presenting issues, such as: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, ageing, parenting, anger, life changes, and relational difficulties. I have worked with those with issues around sexuality, gender, race, religious identity. I integrate my training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, and CBT to engage each person in a unique and individual way.
I am a registered member of the MBACP, and I abide by their code of ethics.
